About Our Flights

Purchasing a ticket

Tickets for flights with CLICK4SKY.com can be purchased exclusively through the Internet.  With our online system, you book and purchase your ticket at the same time. Payment is simple – electronically, with your VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, or American Express card. You will be issued an electronic ticket for your flight.  By e-mail, you will then receive your booking code and travel itinerary.
We guarantee you a fixed, final, and low price. Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed or refunded.

Check-in

We recommend that you check in from the comfort of your home, via the Internet. Make you seat selection and avoid waiting in line at the airport.  Internet Check-in is available 24 hours ahead of the scheduled departure of the flight, and closes 35 minutes before the flight. Once checked in, print up your boarding pass and take it to the airport (if you cannot print up a boarding pass, you can pick it up at the relevant check-in counter at the airport.). If travelling with checked baggage, take it to the Drop-Off counter. You can also check-in at the airport at the check-in counters assigned to your flight. Follow the information posted on information panels at the airport.

Baggage

You can take one checked item and one carry-on (cabin) item.

Your baggage allowance
Checked baggage: a maximum of 20 kg
Cabin baggage: a maximum of 12 kg (dimensions of up to 56 x 45 x 25 cm)

If the weight limit, number, or dimensions of your luggage are exceeded, you will pay the appropriate fees.  The fee will be calculated at the airport, on the basis of the excess weight of your bag.  Please understand that any extra and oversized luggage will be flown in the same aircraft only should the capacity of that aircraft permit.

Baggage Claim
If your bag did not arrive after your flight, or arrived damaged, contact the Baggage Claim desk of at the airport immediately, which will fill out a claims protocol with you.  Then proceed in line with the instructions.

On-Board Services

Our on-board services are free of charge.  Our cabin crew will offer you refreshments after the plane takes off, including a selection of hot and cold beverages.  We also offer you daily newspapers.  You will be seated in the Economy Class section of the aircraft.
