Our on-line system allows you to both reserve and purchase your ticket at the same time. Making payment is easy - by using an electronic payment card or making a cashless transfer from bank account to bank account. You will then be issued an electronic ticket for your flight. We guarantee a fixed, final, and, above all, very attractive price. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable tariff.
We recommend you to check-in in the comfort of your own home via the Internet. You can choose your seat and avoid waiting at the airport. Internet check-in is available 24 hours before a scheduled departure and closes 35 min before departure. After checking-in, you will print your boarding card to be presented at the airport (if you cannot print your boarding card, you can collect it at the airport check-in counter). If you are travelling with baggage to be checked-in, you will drop it off at the “DROP OFF” counter.

On our flights, you can take one checked baggage item free of charge, and one hand-baggage (cabin) item that must comply with the prescribed limits. Limits for your baggage
checked bag: a maximum of 20 kg
cabin bag: a maximum of 12 kg (dimensions of up to 56 x 45 x 25 cm)
Irregular/oversized baggage and baggage exceeding the free weight allowance
you will be charged the relevant fees for irregular/oversized bags (e.g., ski gear) or for exceeding the weight allowance.
Our tip: we recommend buying an excess baggage allowance on-line on our website. This will save you up to one-third of the price compared to the fees paid at check-in at the airport. Via the internet, you can pay for 5/10/15/20/25 or 30 excess kilograms.
Fee for an irregular/oversized bag:
CZK 250 (on flights from Prague)
EUR 10 or equivalent in local currency (on flights from abroad)
If the excess baggage fee is paid at the check-in desk when flying from prague, a handling fee of czk 150 will be charged. Bags exceeding the weight allowance and irregular/oversized bags are carried on the same aircraft only if space was arranged for them in advance or subject to the availability of aircraft capacity. Baggage claims if your bag was not delivered upon arrival or if it was delivered damaged, please contact the baggage claims desk at the airport immediately, which will draw up a claims protocol. Then proceed in line with the instructions.
Our on-board services are free of charge. Our cabin crew will offer you refreshments after the plane takes off, including a selection of hot and cold beverages. During the flight, you may pass the time by watching na ife video, or browsing through our in-flight magazine.
