Booking and Buying a Ticket

Where and how can I purchase a ticket?

CLICK4SKY.com sells tickets exclusively over the Internet, where you can book your ticket and buy it at the same time.

Is the price of the ticket inclusive of all fees?

Yes, the price that we offer you is the FINAL price and includes the rate, airport taxes, service fee, and any additional fees (fuel surcharges, security surcharges, etc.).

How can I pay for my ticket?

Tickets are paid for by a payment card when you book them over the Internet. The payment is made electronically. VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted.

How do I obtain my ticket?

We only issue electronic tickets for our flights. Once you pay, you will receive a confirmation of your booking, with a booking code and your travel itinerary, by e-mail. These documents replace a regular paper ticket, and when you check in you will only need your booking code.

Do you grant any discounts to children?¨

No, CLICK4SKY.com does not offer any special children’s rates.

Can I buy a one-way ticket?

Only return tickets can be purchased for flights with CLICK4SKY.com.

Can I change the date of the flight or cancel my ticket?

Once purchased, no change or refund of a ticket is possible. You are using the lowest rate, which does not allow for changes in the booking or a refund of the ticket.

Can I change the destination or the name specified on the ticket?

Changing the destination or the passenger’s name is not possible. You are using the lowest rate, which does not allow for any changes in the booking or in the information specified on the ticket.

At the Airport

How can I check in for my flight?

We recommend using Internet Check-in on the CLICK4SKY.com website. You can make you seat selection in the comfort of your home, and avoid waiting in line at the airport. Internet Check-in becomes available 24 hours ahead of the flight, and closes 35 minutes before the flight. You can also check-in at the regular desks at the airport. Check-in at the airport closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

What documents do I need to have when travelling with CLICK4SKY.com?

When checking in for our flights, you must show a valid travel document with a photo ID. If the country of your destination requires a visa, it is necessary that you have one.

How much luggage can I take with me?

On our flights, you can take one checked item, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, and one piece of hand (carry-on) baggage, with the maximum weight of 12 kg and dimensions of up to 56 x 45 x 25 cm.

My bag has not arrived, or has arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your bag did not arrive after your flight, or arrived damage, contact the Baggage Claim desk of the operating airline immediately, which will fill out a claims protocol with you. Then proceed in line with the instructions.

Can I take my pet with me?

We are sorry, but carrying animals with CLICK4SKY.com is not possible.

Do you provide a service for unaccompanied children?

We are sorry, but we do not provide that service.

Cancelled or Delayed Flight

CLICK4SKY.com makes every effort to ensure that our flights are on time. Due to weather conditions, dense air traffic over Europe, the delayed arrival of the aircraft from its previous destinations, or technical difficulties, your flight may be delayed or cancelled.
